Banking Partnership Provides “Peace of Mind” for Small Nonprofit
A Q&A with Mary Lynn Faunda Donovan, CFA, Executive Director, VOYCE
WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES YOU FACE AS A BUSINESS?
As a small nonprofit, finding the right resources in the right place at the right time is key to achieving our mission. We rely on strong relationships with our donors and must continually be resourceful. In addition, managing our finances and keeping up with the latest security can be a challenge.
HOW DID ENTERPRISE HELP SOLVE THESE CHALLENGES?
We utilize remote deposit, commercial online banking, ACH debit filter, sweep account and corporate credit cards. All of these services combined save us both time and money. The level of technology and security provided by Enterprise is exceptional. I know that my banking team is working hard to keep our assets secure and that provides me with peace of mind. As a small nonprofit, we do not have a budget for training so Enterprise University is an invaluable resource to us. These courses cover critical topics and provide real tangible takeaways that we can implement immediately in our organization. Perhaps the best part is that there is no cost to attend.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT TO YOUR BUSINESS?
Having the right service partners is critical to our success and with Enterprise, we have a true banking partner who is there to help us succeed. Our time and resources are scarce and we rely on our banking team to provide support when we need it. The customer service we receive is exceptional. Providing everything from our credit cards to education through Enterprise University, they provide a true partnership that is critical to our success.
VOYCE, formerly the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program, was founded in 1979 in St. Louis. They provide free assistance to individuals and families needing long-term care options and advocate for those living in long-term care settings.
Knowing that Enterprise cares about our cause and not just our business really solidifies our relationship.
