More than a trail builder. Jobs for at-risk youth.

How a long-term partnership helped build a movement.

YMCA Los Alamos has been on a mission since 1955 – to support total community wellness. In 2000 and 2011 their community faced fires and the Y stepped in with a jobs program that not only rebuilt trails and tree-paths, but gave jobs to at-risk teenagers. When they needed help building a new teen center, Enterprise was there. Today, that teen center serves 700 teens.
