Butch Rigby saved a ticket stub to commemorate early success with the opening of his first Screenland Theatre in 2004. Today, his development company, Screenland Real Estate Services, is collaborating with Enterprise to revitalize an entire neighborhood – Kansas City’s “Brookside East” – proving that happily ever after isn’t only for the movies.
