Brandon Maxwell started his catering company with chef Michael DeMaria 21 years ago. But he was born into the business. As a boy, he stole cherries from under the bar in his family’s pizza place. Today, M. Culinary Concepts cooks for some of the largest events in the world. When they needed help getting to the next level, Enterprise was there.
